Worked as local representative for a New York development team and managed the Town of Mountain Village entitlement process for the remodel of a 177 room hotel and resort. This also included an additional development for two new buildings comprised of 36 hotel rooms.  Prepared all the application materials, discussions and negotiations with adjacent property owners and presented findings to Town public entities for development approvals.
