CDR managed the Town of Mountain Village entitlement process for the development of the Mountain Village Hotel, a 114 room, 9 condominium luxury hotel resort development. Our  responsibilities included preparing all the application materials, discussions, and negotiations with adjacent property owners, coordinating consultants and presenting and obtaining development approvals from the Town.
